As Principal Contractor, Utter Branding worked closely with Birmingham Airports Customer Experience team, using Realtime knowledge to deliver a bespoke customer feedback system. This included the project management and installation of a collection of live feedback touch screens around BHX.
Just over 5 months in the making, administering the data and power supply and touch screen installation, it is amazing to see all of the pieces of the puzzle come together successfully. Here at Utter Branding we are very proud of all of the hard work that has gone into making this project a triumph!
